Leadbolt content locker (indian offers not showing)

Hi guys,

I just would like to ask you are you experiencing the issue i m facing... means my leadbolt is not showing any offers to my indian visitors i have received few complaints today... can any one cross check this its saying

This option is not available in your country and cannot be viewed at this time.

Please try again later.

Pls anyone confirm this or i am doing anything wrong.. btw their staff takes too much time to respond thats why asked here..
