how do you guys deal with lead shavings , i am new to affiliate side and seen clicks and leads not being counted, is this the same with every network ? Spending money to advertise is waste of time and money if they don't count your work.

Each and every network shave and how do you know they are shaving ?

Because laser targeted 300 clicks shouldn't convert to 1 conversion for a 1 page email submit. Advertisers & networks are basically taking ur leads and paying u peanuts?

I worked with many companies and I can say that not all companies shave leads. Especially if it's a new company, it doesn't make sense to shave affiliates. I think big companies can do this. If you use your own tracking tool, compare the data and send your report to your affiliate manager, explain the situation. They will definitely do something for you, even add some leads.

The funny thing is that when you bring this up to your AM, they explain how you need to target better and work harder then suddenly a week later the whole campaign gets cancelled..... This is from so called one of the biggest affiliate network... Which tracker do you guys use to catch these scam activities ?

There are different options and basically, the main question is if you're ready to pay money for it. The best solution, in my opinion, is Voluum, but you can also give Keitarotds a try.

That's true, many bigger companies do shave. That's something we all have to work with, either networks or direct publishers. They never admit shaving, though, often saying something like 'check if your targeting is correct'. Thus we, as a network, have nothing to do but tell the very same thing to our publishers. Also, if you see huge difference between one and another network's payout for the same offer, there is big chance that the one with higher payout shaves.
