the point is i want some alternative to get targeted traffic to my offerStart with media traffic? or get $1000??
Whats the point of thread? just curious
if i have 10000 $ you wouldn't see me here searching how to make money online

There are few alternatives out there. Key is to test few networks and to see which one fits your needs. Its not surety that lead impact will deliver best results for your campaigns if tested against 5-10 other lead providers. Search for list in google.
Else instead of conventional ppa,ppv network, add minor changes and make it FB campaign, cheap on initial investments (none by the way, pay as you go).

in your response you means i give up on lead impact and other Traffic source and start using fb compaing right ?

Not exactly. I just stated that instead of thinking that if $1000 lead impact gonna solve lead issues, you might be in for wrong. Networks and traffic generated are different and you campaign might suit it or not. Please google and find list for 10 PPV, PPC, PPA networks and there might be a better network for your campaign. (I did it like 5-6 months ago, media traffic suited me).
Lots of people here started from scratch and less capital, spend it wisely & with a plan. Test 2-3 networks with small cap and then if they do not work, move to next.
