What is up with lead impact. I read all these great reviews about how it's the best ppv company to start out with and they have good traffic etc.

I'm on my 3rd test campaign right now with them and:
1. It's like pulling teeth trying to include enough high traffic url's to get traffic
2. The traffic really doesn't seem to convert

The ones I thought would work are related to stock trading and making money from home.
Are these just bad niches to be in for ppv traffic or this network?
What type of offers work on this type of traffic?

If you're having success with lead impact what conversion rates are you seeing?

They also seem to be charging me for more views than my prosper202 is showing, has that been your experience?

as i just wrote in another thread here, i had a campaign running on leadimpact since 2009 and had a steady ROI of about 500%.
my other campaigns there always had good - extremely good ROI as well.
so it has to be your LP/targets/offer...
but leadimpacts traffic is good; at least for me

I use other networks, but the people that I talk with are running email/zip and dating with that network with good ROI. I believe targeting the right urls, you can make anything convert, the problem is will there be enough traffic to make you quit your day job. Probably not, however if you find 10-15 such small campaigns, it all adds up. Are you seeing any conversions at all?

And where are they getting there traffic? If you run a stats report on hotbar and clickpotato they have significantly dropped. Anybody know where the bulk of their traffic comes from? I would like to download the software on a VM and see for myself.

been having the sames concerns as you OP. i've run 3 short campaigns without a single conversion but seeing darkstar69 & expertSEO's replies gives me some confidence that it can be profitable.

i am brand new to PPV and just kinda 'wingin it' right now to test the waters so i never expected amazing results. i'm sure with some more trial & error we'll get the hang of it sooner or later OP :)

hi bstsystems

Which URL scraper u r using.
How many URL you have in one campaign.
Are you rotating the offer URL
What offer you r currently promoting is it zip submit.

LI does not deliver all the views it charges for - a fact that you'll just have to accept if you use them.

Lower IQ demos usually work better, make money from home should be ok.

What do you mean with this? If you can't find enough urls, invest in a good scraper. It's a number's game. If you're talking about their interface, yes it is shit :)

Most of LI traffic comes from CPA advertising under Downloads in most networks. Look at the landing pages on Peerfly under that category (downloads) and the offers with Pin Pall Publisher Network at the bottom are Lead Impact's campaigns. They are good at advertising that's why they convert good because they have fresh installs from CPA networks.

I get little traffic with them, but I just started ppv so still figuring it all out. At the moment I am converting but for every 1$ I spent I get back about .50$ so I know it works.. But I need to start optimizing that stuff

It's important to know LI's demographics and the audience demographics for your targets, starting with LI's base skews to older, lower-income women, so if you target kw's for a stock offer you're probably burning over half the impressions on a demo that doesn't convert on stock offers. You need to stick to male-centric targets and preferably hit exact targets pitching something very similar to your offer.

MMO offers are tricky on LI, but the MMO gurus' technique is pretty effective: super-simple squeeze page with pictures of hot girls, money, clear call to action in big type with the promise of "secrets" and "easy" stuff, within FTC guidelines, targeting other MMO gurus' blogs and offers.

Sorry OP, the game isn't for everyone, that's why the rest of us make so much money :happysad:

PPV is tricky and takes time to master. Running email/zips is not recommended due to the low payouts, hard to make a decent profit. I used to run bizops ( short form lead gen ) on LI with about 100%+ ROI, though the traffic wasn't much. It generally isn't very easy to scale a single campaign on PPV, which is one of the reasons I quit it. Though some people are making a shitton of money from PPV, just gotta learn the trade.
