Lead Generation

I have been driving legit traffic to a few CPA Networks for almost 2 years. I would like to supplement this traffic with some BlackHat methods. Due to my traffic I have built up a very strong relationship with my CPA, so I can run almost anything and not have them care in the least. Oh and they also pay me weekly

I have two Joint Venture propositions in this post:

1. I have a large amount of data (opt-in leads) and would like this spread out into several offers. I would be willing to work on a % share on either a daily or weekly basis. (% is lower for daily)

2. Any other BlackHat methods that you may have. You won't have to worry about getting banned or anything like that. I can also pay daily on this, however I will need to know a little bit about how you drive the traffic to make my decision on it.
