Sure.
1- You gotta have the RIGHT expectations. INFLOW = OUTFLOW. Don't send 100 E-mails and expect to get 10 leads. I send 300 E-mails/Day for 5 days a week, and I get on avg 7 leads (People sending me their phone number + Asking me to give'em a call). That's 1500 E-mails a week.
Wanna have a LOT of leads... Increase your outflow, your outreach. Send E-mails, Phone Calls, Fb Messages like CRAZY
2- You gotta have a compelling message. Here's how:
# Give people what they're looking for. Give them what they wanna hear, see and listen to. Don't sell them what YOU want to sell. Sell them what THEY want to be sold to.
# BE SPECIFIC.
# Give PROOF.

I use warmed up G suite accounts and if my text contains any trigger keywords, it's instantly marked as either promotions or spam. My trick around this is starting off with a question. Once they reply, then I shoot my initial message.

Why would SendGrid make any difference? I use Google SMTP which is one of the best SMTP you can use and send directly from my G Suite account.

If you use your own SMTP service you're likely going to struggle to inbox anything. It takes a fair amount of Linux server administrative experience to get setup. On top of that it is not worth it. Sendgrid can do it much cheaper. Go with SendGrid. Do some research opposed to asking people on a forum. You can't expect people to spoonfeed you to success. It takes a lot of trial and error.

I use this same trick for my day job. It works great.
100% agreed. First email should be a simple question that arouses the curiosity. This results in a sure shot response. You can then reply with whatever pitch you have. This has worked for us in past to generate clients for our Instagram growth service. Hope that helps!
