Price depends on what the lead is worth to the person you're selling it to. So selling a lead to a dentist is obviously going to be more then selling a lead to shoe repair business.

You have to know how much that business profits off a new customer and it'll give you a good idea of what to charge.

I'm also interested about the lead generation business so it would be nice to see what others have to say about it. But all I can say for yo OP is what is stated above. Depending on your demographics you can definitely charge one type of business more then another in different industries or niches. I think a good way to market to offline clients would be to give them a trial run like offering two weeks or a month for free and then sign them up for a fixed priced year contract.

As far as wso, this isn't the warrior forum so you won't find any warrior special offers here :p

I don't know exactly what a dentist would pay for a high quality lead, but come to think about it, dentists using Adwords already pay almost $10 (if Google keyword tool is right) per low quality lead. If you provide a lead with full information like name, number, email, what type of dentist services needed, etc., I would expect it to be worth much much more for a high quality lead right? The easiest way would be to ask a business within your niche.

If I got it right, several threads in BHW give hints on how to set a web to show slightly different versions of content, targetted on geo-IP.

So, if you run a site about dental health, could you monetize it by publishing an standard offer (say, one cleaning session for free), then sending leads from L.A. to a californian dentist; NY leads to a newyorker; etc.?
