I stumbled upon a niche that I am fairly familiar with, I have some friends that are in the field. The potential is huge as a converting lead can pay up to 10k. I have been on and off internet marking for the last 10+ plus years but have been out of it for years besides ranking a few of my own local business sites. I am back to see if I can get a site up and ranking and producing leads. I will be logging my process here.

The niche is health care related. I have bought a EMD for the main keyword I will be targeting. I have build the site with a wordpress theme about a week ago and have added 2, 1000 word articles to the blog. The site has been indexed but not ranking yet.

I plan to keep adding 1000 word articles that I purchase from writers on fiverr or here. After the site has a decent amount of articles and content I will start building links, citations, curated links, ect. I will also be creating a Google My Business page and try to rank it with services from BHW.

Interested in following your thread. I have a couple of similar projects, but unrelated to health; both local-based. I can imagine what you do, however.

Lead that pays up to 10k ? DAMN BRO! 10 of them per month is enough if you ask me :P
Good luck!

Have about 15 articles being written that should start being finished in the next few days and I will be posting to my blog as they are done.

Created social media pages for the site, next step will be adding likes and activity and interlink the posts on each platform.

As for the GMB listing the goal is to start out with 1 and have people I know leave reviews and also buy some reviews online. Will try to do this over a longer period of time to make it seem natural.

If anyone has any tips or advice for a lead gen site. It would be very much appreciated.

If it is for something like cosmetic surgery I would suggest focusing on social media.

Otherwise for YMYL topics 5k words minimum for your articles.

Whats the average competition, i have a similar project ongoin!
There are a few big players but I think there is room to rank at least on some of the keywords to produce leads

It's not cosmetic surgery, most of the competition has articles in the 1k range

I am following a similar journey!

Lead gen site. Big paying leads, apparently. I am having a 3k super article written at the moment and a further 15 - 20 2k words articles.

Good luck.

Following this thread. I am on a similar journey (IVF) and also have an EMD.

Incredible numbers for a single lead!

Did you make the partnership for the leads yourself?

Good luck with you journey!

I love this lead generation area as I have a lot of leads I can provide myself but how do you make sure you are paid for the leads you provide? This has been holding me back from really making money in this area because I do not want to get ripped off.
