You started this so you go first...
I work 2-10 5 days a week security and I sit on a computer all day, need to find any easy way to make extra money 
even thought I have a profitable niche site...but those can de-rank anyday I think, especially by those people that put extra effort into them, opposed to a few articles and a new article every month. The people that make niche sites on passions make a lot of money I bet...

Laziest method?
-Work your ass off, 24/7 with 2-3 minimum wage jobs.
-Save every penny.
-Live very frugally, don't take vacations, trips, have fun or anything.
-Hope nothing bad happens (in life, it does).
-After about 40-50 years, you should have over $1,000,000 in the bank.
Put this $1,000,000 in T-Bills or Lend to Hard Money Lenders and earn 5-10% interest. ($50k-100k/year).
OR.
Read, Learn, Do. Put a plan together and take ACTION. Then when successful, you can sit back and relax.. but I promise you, it will be hard.

First have a big investment money and find yourself a jv partner.
Let him do all the work with your money and split profits.
Outsource everything, on fiver, elance, freelance, odesk, whatever places...
for different projects.
Since you're lazy.. oh well have some money first for this.

To make money you need to be willing to work. There is no such thing as "Quick" & "Easy" money and if there is its for peanuts. You will will only get out what you put in, simply sitting on you're computer all day telling yourself you can't do this can't do that is not going to get you anywhere and for you to come on BHW admit you're just lazy and ask for help is ridiculous. Why should people help someone who isn't willing to help themselves?
You stated that 95% of IMers make nothing, congratulations you're apart of that 95% that isn't going to get anywhere in life with an attitude like that. Until you realise what needs to be done things are not going to change so id get comfy at your 2-10 job because you're going to be doing it for a very long time.
