Is it correct that if a site is constructed on WordPress, the most effective approach to boost page speed involves using the WP Rocket plugin and performing actions such as cache cleaning, image compression, and activating lazy loading? But I think it is different story if client using other CMS?

By the way, can a tag manager play a role in improving website speed? And what exactly does the term "Lazy Load" on triggering meaning?

Hello! Go to your hosting C-Panel click file manager and remove extra files + go to your wp admin and delete people comments if you have .

Tag manager don't usually slows down a sites performance, unless badly configured tag manager with lots of tags. Use less tags, if possible. Triggering involves loading attributes, iframe, html, img tags
 
\WP Rocket is solid for WordPress speed, but other CMS may need tweaks. For lazy loading, it's a game-changer.
