Laziness.

Surprised no one has said nootropics.

I've taken 75% of any nootropic I've heard of, loads (like Piracetam and most of the other racetams) are useless IMO. But Modafinil is a godsend if you're struggling to get large bodies of work done.

The reason is that it has the positives of something like Adderall or Dexamphetamine (extreme focus and motivation) without any of the negatives (everyone knows the negatives of taking stimulants - very hard to work when you're just thinking about partying).

Read up on Modafinil if it sounds unbelievable - it isn't a stimulant, but it's designed to combat narcolepsy though. It's completely non-harmful and got me through university coursework and exam revision that I was seriously struggling with. I still take it today on and off. It may not be legal in your country, although in the US and most of Europe it's easily obtainable and in the US it's completely legal.

If you like to eat or sleep, you can train yourself, if you don't work a proper amount of time you won't even eat or sleep for a while.

and then OP dies from starvation...:D

Without any negatives? How about severe depression, anxiety, headaches..

Yeah people generally don't get depression from taking Modafinil, in fact:

If you did, then I don't think it's representative of common experiences. I've had very mild anxiety at doses that I now understand were too high. I also get mild anxiety from drinking too much coffee in a short period of time. After understanding the right dosage that suited my neurochemistry, yes, taking it is without negatives and plenty of positives - especially if the main concern is reducing laziness as the OP asked.
