Laziness.

That's true and I agree that you should talk to a p-doc about it but don't take refuge in it, I was diagnosed with chronic depression, followed a psychiatric treatment with little to no psychological work and then was diagnosed as bipolar (type 2) and spent a few more years in treatment.
Right now I'm not taking any meds and getting seeing a psychologist which I'm not even sure about but still trying to get my shit together.

here is a quik advice, listen to that music from time to time, as for me it helps me concentrate and puts me on a mood to work

don't you get bored of being lazy tho?
I know i do, at times...

Can't talk for him but I know that my "laziness" comes from a different place and even when I seem lazy and procrastinate I don't have a good time, especially knowing that I could be making big bucks and instead I'm trying to shoot myself in the feet.

Edit: I've burned SO MANY bridges so far due to this...

Wake up early and take a cold shower. Then go out and run/walk for 20-30 minutes. Problem solved/

It's simple. Take the time OFF...
That always helps. Turn off the PC and mobile. Go fishing, hiking, go have sex, go out. Do that for 3-4 days. Rest for 1 day extra.
After that, good as new!

Always have a big picture in your mind. You don't like the work. But if you are sure you will realise your dream, then you should work hard. Because it's worth it. Or you can outsource most of your work.

Watch motivational videos. And tell yourself... I will do this... later. haha jk

Okay so only way to fight laziness is with being honest with yourself.
Just say that you are being lazy, and tell your mind I WILL NOT BE LAZY today.

Say it, not once, a couple of times. Affirm your mind, that you are not lazy, and you will not be lazy.
This helps, it works! Try it.

And get a whiteboard. Write down things to do for today. Keep it simple in an ordered list.
Like
1) Get groceries.
2) Reply to emails
3) Do some workout
4) Make something and eat at home.
5) Go for a walk.

something like that.
When you write it down, on a whiteboard where your eyes can see it affects and makes you want to do it.

Music and videos definitely do not work for me, I just sink deeper into laziness. Actually, you could try riding out the lazy mood, but set a strict time for when your actual work should begin. Like “alright, I’ll start work in exactly half an hour” — and try to stick to that. Works for some people. But really, I think the real issue lies in the motivation. Find the why of it all — why do you need to do what you need to do. Get as specific as possible. Don’t say “because I need money”, say “because I need $600 to buy a new computer” instead. Write your specific goal somewhere you can’t miss it. And get the job done.

Videos and pep talk from my friends doesn't help me.
I actually like this idea and will try to do it, as it sounds interesting. I think I've also read about it somewhere else.
Another thing that I try to fight laziness is I would think of what needs to be done, count to 3, and after the count I just force myself to stand up and actually go and do it.

start snorting amphetamine, you will never be lazy again

Write out your idea as they come. Visualize the steps you gonna take to ace the major goal.

If you like to eat or sleep, you can train yourself, if you don't work a proper amount of time you won't even eat or sleep for a while.
