    Hello.

I am been a member here for a while don't post to much but always reading up on tips and tricks. I use clickbank for my main source of income but me and my wife decided to up our game a little bit this month by producing our own product. (WHICH JUST GOT ACCEPTED)

The product is related to Hair care niche which is amazing at the moment, My wife is a fully qualified hairdresser who is very passionate about her work so the amount of time and effort put into this guide has really paid off,

My only question I have now is wondering do people get investor's together? Is it possible for me to get a few people on board to help invest into the launch and provide a nice return for them once the sales come through?

Please any advice would be great this is our first clickbank product and we are looking at really getting it out there!

Again i have no put much info on the forum as i would like to keep the product private until launch date.

    Thank you everyone.

What kind of investment are you even talking about? Since you have your product approved, I'm assuming you already have a website along with it. If you don't it should cost no more than 1,000-2,000$ which isn't that much.

Hi there, I have the site set up ect, Nice sales page clickbank rep said everything is good set up the thank you and download page ect.

I am looking for investment into the activation fee of $49.95 as its my first product listing, With return of investment + 50% back on top of this I will provide any investors or pre affiliates with 75% commission on the product rather than the standard 25%.

Yes, I am broke hence the reason im trying to make money as a vendor. Affiliate just don't work for me anymore.

I have some big affiliates ready to promote this product, And I personally believe it is a great product that will sell fast.

If I get the fund's clear before an investor's enquire I will launch as it would benefit me more I would prefer not to have to "loan" "get investment" but I can not help having no funds?

I would say wait to see the performance of your business during the first month. I don`t want to disappoint you, but hairstyling is a quite crowded place, I wouldn`t jump for investment, unless I am sure there is a loyal audience for that product

Funny GIF, but everyone does have to start somewhere...

Best of luck Farnhamit! Good job making your first CB product. If anything offer the big affiliates that you know some type of similar deal that you are offering here.

I am glad you understand, I am getting there quite a few people interested as soon i have launched i will be posting my results here if that's allowed,

I have actually have someone who i work with creating some software for marketing which will be launched in a month or so. I am under the impression the 49.95 is a one off fee like clickbank say and for the first product only.

The $50 doesn't scare me, the fact that you need an investor for that amount to launch scares the hell out of me.

Have a friend in this vertical, its very competitive. I am also concerned about the commission. Generally the comission on a clickbank product is high, above 50%. Yours is low. either it is going to have to be a high ticket item, or it is going to have to sell like french fries in orde to get affiliates.

I m PMing you for more information.

If you have something solid (by my judgement and my friends), I will spring for the launch fees, we can work something out on the payback.

Honestly, you should have thrown it up and used Paypal as the payment processor to begin with. This way you can get a little pocket cash but also so you can test and tweak the page for conversions BEFORE slapping it on Clickbank and asking affiliates to jump on board. You're more likely to get affiliates to start promote it if you have proven conversions anyway. And it'll be an easier way for you to earn some quick cash to pay for the activation. Plus you should be promoting yourself first anyway.

This thread, no matter how many times I read it, just doesn't make any sense to me. How could you develop a product, have hosting etc and yet not be able to come up with the activation fee... And then, if you're failing at being an affiliate, why would anyone want to invest let along promote your product... It's just plain weird... lol

If you plan to set 25% as the standard commission, I can tell you for a fact that you will get 0 affiliate promoting your product.

75% commission is pretty much obligatory unless you are a really well known vendor, or have a product that has an extremely exceptional track record.

    ^^ This.

As an affiliate I laugh at products that only offer 25%. Hell, it takes some serious convincing (a great product, superb salespage, and proven conversions) to get me to promote anything with a 50% affiliate commission. On Clickbank, if you're not offering 75% commissions you're just leaving money on the table as a vendor in most cases.

Offering 25% to your affiliates shows how little you know about clickbank

This being your 1st product you have no idea what type of salespages work, or i should say why they work. as simple little tweaks can be the difference between epic success and total failure

A cheap and simple method to test is. put a paypal button on it

Grab a free fb ads voucher,

and see what your return is on that.

Id your pruduct is the nornal 39 bucks
the affiliate can expect to get about $8 bucks oer sale from you.
So with a $50 ad voucher, he will need to get at least 7 sales to break even

Where as you just need 2 to get the money for your launch

The fact that you could not make money as an affiliate with 75% commissions in abundance on quality products by known winners, should have tipped you off, that its not easy being an aff
    on CB,

This reply is not intended to put you downm but rather that you understand what it takes to be a successful publisher on CB,

there are a lot more things you need to know, before you launch.
But understanding how to attract affilates is one of the most important things.
