Launching an Adult UGC Platform on a Shoestring Budget

I’m planning to launch an adult subscription + ad-based UGC site. Content will be mostly pirated and leak videos and blog posts. I’ll be using BunnyCDN for storage. I’ve run a few Telegram channels before (15K+ members), so I know a bit about building an audience, and I’ll leverage social media to drive traffic to the site. Target: 500 visits/day by the end of 3 months.

Budget is tight: $30 for first 3 months. I’m looking for a cheap but reliable VPS that can handle video traffic on a php social media script, preferably something safe for pirated adult content.
