Dear Hat friends,
when you launch a website what is the best options between :

Massive Poor quality content vs Few High quality content?

I explain my situation, i am creating a website on a new niche market and i don't know a lot about this niche in fact,)
Should i first make 10 good page or 100 hundred pages poor quality with the minimum?

The idea is using AI mostly for the poor quality content and good faster a lot of page indexed and "spread" the serps with many keyword.
And after optimise the page : better content, nice formatted texte, more image, video, design of the website...
Because is a new market there is no many data yet ( with semrush...) so GSC is usefull to see the "print" even i rank 99th position

What do think about it?

Thank by advance

There are website owners who do this when starting some new projects. They churn out a ton of AI generated content and wait for them to start performing before working on the ones that rank.

It is not an entirely bad plan, but I don't do that. I prefer to create good content right from the get go. I strongly believe in the saying 'whatever is worth doing, is worth doing well'.

it depends on 2 things IMO:

1) which way you want to go with that site: mass spam (churn & burn) or white hat.

If you want to care about that site and have it for years to come you want quality content. If you only want to index, rank, and make money with it fast, but lose it as fast (within few short months) then churn out content like crazy

2) what keywords you are targeting. If you go for keywords for which there is very little, or no content at all in google, you can use AI articles just fine as long as you address the intent of those keywords. Until you get competition for those keywords (which might take years if you're lucky) you'll have a silent smooth ride to the bank with that content without a problem. But if the competition jumps in quickly and outranks you with better content... well, you need to improve that content, which means manual work.

My suggestion is to go for the quality over the quantity.
As, if you properly optimize it for keywords with quality content, you can get beter results in long run.

just do both with proper optimization. no need to choose one or the other.
