Launched a New Forum, Suggestion on bringing traffic?

So I launched a new "Earn Money Online" forum targeted towards teens and college students and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for bringing visitors that would actually want to participate and build the community.

If you have knowledge in this area of have built your own forums, advice would be greatly appreciated.

First of all there are lots of forums on that niche. You will need good content and some SEO plugins to even get off the ground.
Try postloop for some users and posts. That should help you get started.
