Latest video not ranking

So basically I wanted to test out these brand new end video cards ( annotations that work on mobile devices ) , so I cut the last 30 seconds of the video , added the outro and uploaded it to unlisted , twice until I found the right settings for my outro and song . Then iI deleted both unlisted videos. Afterwords I uploaded the video , but of course I forgot to remove one of the songs in it and got a copyright claim , what happened was my video was still monitized BUT all the money went to the song's creator . I deleted it , removed the songs and uploaded again . Once I hit 800 legit views , I bought some views too but the odd thing is that the video wont rank FOR ANYTHING , nothing at all , even my channel name . My channel has pretty good authority and with 3000 views I usually rank for med comp keywords and by 15K views im ranked for higher competition words as well . This one is already at 5000 ( mix of HR and fast views I usually give my videos ) and nothing , like I said , not even my channel name . I swear to god if this happens to my next video .

I heard changing the name of your channel works, is that 100% true and is it regarding a case like mine ?

Changing the name of your channel sounds like it might not be the best thing. I've ran into similar situations where I seem to easily rank all my videos and then there will be 1 that's just not ranking at all. I'de love to hear if someone had a solid idea why this might happen. Maybe something that made your video seem it was using spammy tactics to them so it's effected negatively?
