No offence but too much exact match keyword can give a negetive signal to google that its a paid link that google always discourage and can even give a penalty in extreme case. Its better to use LSI rather than exact match anchor. Some expart prefer its should not be more than 5% of exact match anhorWell, if you can have those ultra high authority sites like cnn, engadget, huffington post, or anything similar or news sites, abc, etc, and having a bunch of them giving you a do f0llow link back to your site using an exact match keyword, you will have a very high chance of having your site getting ranked for a hard keyword. But of course, you should have already done optimization on your site already, before spending the big bucks on those expensive links.
