Use twiends to get the feature then constantly update and send direct messages. If you look at the twitter's when someone direct messages you. You will see that they are asking you to like their page. It's pretty effective, I just did it on 100 twitter direct messages, but it might cap you. It asked me to verify my number before allowing me to send more DM's.

twiends has ben done long time ago you can get fb accts with frnds and then use these accts to promote as many fan pages as you want...
