the process of the user is:

letsfly site -> search a flight (letsfly/search]) -> buy

if on directcpv i target letsfly site and there's another user that targets letsfly/search , does his last cookie win ?

if i understand you right, you like to know how cookies are set and how they were counted.

as far as i know only the site that sets the cookie can read/change it. that means it depends on the site what it does. if it finds an old cookie it may just read it or it can replace it with a newer one.

Depends upon how the cookie is placed. Some advertisers(the better ones) have been setup to prevent against the cookie theft, others sadly have not.
