Try having something like this happen in real life....
I am not scared of snakes...but when a buddy took me over to a neighbors apartment to have a few beers...I sat down on his couch and was watching TV for a few minutes...then I felt something move in between my feet. I looked down and there was a snakes head that was (no joke) @ least 8 - 10 inches across looking up at me from under the couch.
I have never jumped that high in my life....
Guy had 2 pythons....one was 16 feet and named Thor and the other was 15 feet and named Daisy. I had just met Thor...I guess the couch is one of his fav spots to hang out. We used to take Thor to the river...great way to get people to clear out of your spot....letting a 16 foot snake into the water...
