Large Traffic KW - Traffic Travis Results and Stats Analysis Needed

Are these two keywords that I have relatively easy to rank for? EMD for these are not available, can add a letter to the EMD (e.g. joystickX.com)

The 2 KWs are for the exact same niche. Not sure which way to grow (article site, forum site, etc.). Any advice/ideas/criticism would be greatly appreciated.
