Large Lists of eBay Powersellers

Hi,

I run a business providing a very valuable service to ebay powersellers. I was wondering, if its possible to buy a contact list of "ebay powersellers" anywhere or if there are any websites that provide info. about these powersellers. Also, I wonder if we do manual data entry for these, what would be the best way to sort the entries to avoid any kind of repetition?

Also, I wonder in cases where we are unable to find email id's of these sellers what would be the best way to contact them? My feeling is that if we use the "direct messages" in ebay, we would end up getting blocked pretty fast?

I can't think of any such list, but perhaps you could hire a programmer to write a script that can parse eBay users, then check how much feedback they got, and above a certain amount, post the username in a text file for you to check which ones among those are powersellers. I don't know the technical part, but that's the general idea of how you could try doing it.
