Large Difference in DA and PA

Hi,

Am hoping that someone can help me with this. My companies website has a strong Page Authority (Moz) across all the pages in the site but the Domain Authority (Moz) is significantly lower.

DA is 11
PA is around 25- 17 depending on the page

Is there any reason why this is the case and what can be done to improve this?

Im not an expert but I based on how I think the rankings are formulated I am guessing you need more pages. If you have 10 pages that are pa 15 maybe your da is around 10 .

As you add more pages to your domain and those pages gain strength it will increase the overall authority of your site.

Thanks for this currently there are 64 pages on the site and a new one gets added every week (blog with around 800+ words on it) the PA keeps going up on the pages but the DA still seems to stay the same.

make sure you are linking back to your home page in most of your articles that you are adding and linking to other relevant articles that are on your site (and other authority sites) The internal linking also helps contribute too the ranking of the homepage and I am guessing the DA too
