A friend has asked me to work as part of a team of developers on a large project - looking to launch early 2012

He is a very very wealth guy and asked me to put something together interm of battle plan for marketing.

To be honest I have always been working on smaller projects and dont know were to start.


Any pointers

You don't have to change you BL strategy. You just need to scale it up and outsource more of the work, that you usually do yourself.

The most important part is still finding the right kw to rank for. If its a commercial site, then do yourself a favor and use a lot of time to gather together a full kw list and sort it according to traffic and ranking difficulty.

Just because its a big project, then dont make the mistake and try to rank for all kw at once. Keep focus but buy some help with getting quality links.
