When i run my bots a lot sometimes the images on websites don't show up and it shows stripped down websites because of the load my laptop is under it only loads the basics.

Well i use the instagram mega bot and through websta it doesn't show the follow or unfollow tab now??????

I tryed ... ipconfig/flushdns / defrag / diskclnup / clear cookies/history shut laptop on and off i use windows 7.

Just a guess, but maybe changing your user agent to another browser that you do not regularly use may solve the problem? Submit a support ticket and they'll probably help you to figure out what's causing it.

Edit* I read the post again and see that you mentioned websta, which is a third party site that I'm assuming the bot uses for some features.

No idea.

I have Firefox but i just tryed it websta on Chrome on a seperate IG acc and it still doesn't show follow / unfollow

Consider renting a VPS. Laptops aren't designed for constant overload.

What is the spec of your laptop and what is your internet connection like? Anwser those two and I can probably give you a recommendation.
However, I would always recommend a VPS for running bots on, it makes so much more sense - the inconvenience and the electricity bill alone normally make it worth using a VPS instead of your own computer.... And there are also loads of other advantages.

Windows 7 X64 1.4gHz processor 3.88Gb available ram

(Speedtest.net PING 15 MS DOWNLOAD SPEED 30.03 MBPS UPLOAD SPEED 23.99)

*I know i need a VPS*

But this is still stupid that i can't follow on websta on this laptop right now, what do i have to do NUKE my hard drive and reinstall a OS
