Laptop - external battery

I have this powerful, expensive, but shit laptop that broke so many times on warranty, I don't want to risk anybody opening it again to replace the 30% life battery. And I am not looking forward to buying new one at this time, either.
Anyone has experience with external laptop batteries? Any tips?

Better to replace new battery and also external powerbank (the bigger ones like 30000 mah and bigger)?

Search for Laptop power banks. There are a few out there (mostly all from China though). But I'd get a laptop battery replacement, personally.

If you are not working outside, may be just keep the laptop plugged in. I had a hp laptop which had dead battery. I removed the battery and kept it plugged in. Worked like this for a quite a few months. The only problem was that if there was some kind of power failure, there wouldn’t be any backup as it would be dead instantly.

if your laptop can charge through usb c, may be just get a beefy powerbank that can fast charge. That might do the trick.

Actually did that with my expensive new laptop years ago... I broke the battery (it falled on the floor) and I ended up using it plugged in all the time... Replacement battery from the manufacturer was expensive, I might as well buy a new laptop... This shit laptop was also overheating like crazy and people on official support forums were rude af... So it ended up plugged in all the time and very loud because I was using one of these cooling pads with fans... Enterprise refurbs from now on, sorry not sorry.

To be fair it didn't die, even in this pathetic condition. I found it somewhere in the closet in the back when I was decluterring in January this year, lol. Plugged it in to remove and shred any remaining data, it worked fine, it's just at this point it was old, weak laptop. So might last more than just few months, if you spontaneously won't throw the thing through the window.

The issue is not the battery purchase, the issue is that this laptop is so finicky, every time it was opened, it burned the MF motherboard lol.
My warranty ran out, I could have replaced the battery myself, but I am already superstitious about opening this thing up.
