Laptop Advice

Hello everyone!

My new desktop died due to electric problem.
Now I'm thinking of buying a laptop for around $751 from either dell or hp. I have chosen two models:

-Dell 3505
-hp 15s-du3032tu

I'm bit heavy user so I'm thinking to go with i5 11th gen processor.

If there are any models better than these at the given budget let me know and share your thoughts.
 
Advertise on BHW
Dell - Lenovo - HP whatever from this will be good + UPS to avoid electrical problems.
 
Apart from Brand make sure to choose laptop with at least 8GB DDR4 ram and SSD.

Okay i thought of going with hp model (hp 15s-du3032tu) which doesn't have ssd :(
Is there any other models you suggest?

For the money you are giving and specifically from HP website this one it's much much better than the previous one https://store.hp.com/in-en/default/laptops-tablets/hp-probook-445-g7-notebook-pc-1f3y6pa.html

It has 512gb NVMe SSD witch is many times faster from HDD. Also the AMD processor it's better on the benchmarks from the i5 11th gen and even as APU processor plays games smoothly also has 8gb ddr4 sdram :)


 
dude I a always a PC guy but the price and the pec of the new M1 Mac just blew me offf the roof!

tThis is pretty affordable and within your budget and it runs like a rocket and you can also overclock
 
If these are the only options, I would take Dell over HP. If you do not care about OS, then - Mac Mini M1 or MacBook Pro/Air with M1
 
Make sure it has an SSD and I would go for an AMD CPU, specifically a Ryzen, something like a Ryzen 5 3500U however If you're getting one with discrete graphics then stick with Intel
