language in backlinks

ive a site that i wanna get a backlinks package for, but the thing is that my site isnt in english, so will it impact my site negatively in ranking that those backlinks gonna be coming from a english sites?

In my experience, we have sites with traffic from America, but links to us link from Australia, Asia. There is no negative impact on the site of links from other regions.

im not talking about the regions im talking about the language of the sites if it has to be the same
