Language Bookmarking Demon written in?

I was wondering what language / platform BMD and blog comment demon are written in. I have started to notice a lot of apps popping up with this style of UI and would love to add it to some of my apps.

Also Http Debugger Pro uses this. Anyone with any pointers on where to start with this would be greatly appreciated.
