Does anyone have any examples of what landing pages should look like in regards to design and content.

I serve many cities/towns and looking for a good idea on how to begin.

it's in regards to a cleaning service if that helps.

thanks

I recommend to check clickfunnels or landerapp.com. Appsumo has a great deal with lander. 49$ for ten years. Unlimited landing pages with their domain plus 3 custom domains. If you need more custom domains just buy another deal with appsumo.
Landing page itself is just half of the job. You also need email seqence, followup emails, prewritten emails, open rate, AB testing, etc.

You have to start from your landing page title. It has to be short in clear about your service.
You can provide social share button.
It should be well optimized for mobile devices as well
You can include photos or videos in landing page to know more about your working style
You can highlight the number customers from your service.
Link to your homepage of your own website.

Best sample is your competitors landing page. Analyze it & give better than that.

I sell facebook, gmail new and aged account...I also sell cragislist w4m leads and tinder token

I don't think the OP he asked for it. This is not allowed here.

Try to google with the keyword weightloss landing pages for example and you'd see results for the lps pertaining to the products (in this case you must be the product owner). If you're asking about the pre-sell landing pages, they're completely different, you can look at them as floating ads on many torrent sites. All would look the same but the angle of sales pitch is different.

Wordpress be theme is available on the download section here for free and has landing templates.

A good idea to find out what's already working in your niche, is to check out the competition and see what kind of landing pages they are utilising.

How about handy.com? A great design, simple and user-friendly.

When it comes to content, your landing pages should contain your target keywords while your design should attract your target market.

I`d recommend you to think of a short list of most winning keywords in the niche in your area (but the ones you are willing to target in the end, so not the extremely competitive ones, perhaps). Next check the first-page results for these keywords and try to reverse-engineer the ranking pages - see what they have in common, what`s the winning structure for the landings in terms of content, design, also think of the usability of the menus, etc. It`s quite handy to analyze the pages that have already made it to the top to get some ideas for your website. Same way you can analyze the content and keyword usage for the winning pages against yours.
