Landing pages & Adwords?

Ok, been around IM for a while, but new to Adwords side of things. I keep reading about ads not getting approved and part of it seems to be the Landing Pages. I have an information product (that is my own) that I have a landing page for. The customer buys directly from this page (for this product, this is optimal).

Currently I have no contact, privacy policy or sitemap links on the landing page. Might this current landing page setup not get approved?

It is NOT for an affiliate product. Like I said, the customer buys directly from the LP.

Privacy Policy page is mandatory, especially when you are using some of the Adword features like Remarketing, in which case you have to clearly spell out your Cookie policy. Another reason why Google uses the banhammer for LP issues is because of the so called "misleading claims" made on them- like "make $100000 guaranteed after buying this product".
