Help me, I have a landing page that doesn't go up, help me find a solution

we don't know anything about your site or landing page, so how can we offer a solution????

Like, for example...

- what niche are you in, and what type of keywords are you targeting (transactional, informational, etc)
- how good is your domain name (in case if it's expired / non-dropped one)
- how much content do you have, around which keywords / topics is it centered, and how qualitative is it
- how good (if it even exists) is your internal linking
- what does the competition for the keyword / topic of your landing page looks like (what's their sites' DR and quality of backlinks, how good is their content)
- how well optimized is your landing page? And is it just a lead gen / services / salesletter type of page, or is it a content one?
- how good is your site's technical SEO overall (speed and CWV, user friendliness, schemas, etc.)

Lots of questions to answer to before we can figure out what the problem with your lander is, so please answer to these if you wish to get actionable help :)

Also, make sure you don't give your site or keywords away, just mention the general niche / industry you're in, and what kind of keywords you're going after and what type of landing page you have (content page, lead generation page, "our services" type of page, etc)...

It would also help if you mentioned where your landing page ranks at the moment, and what google's top 10 looks like for your chosen keyword because it's possible, for example, that if you're trying to rank a lead generation type of page for a keyword that's dominated by non-commercial content you might never manage to rank for that keyword with that type of page. So we need all of these details...

Thanks for the follow-up and detailed points. Here's some info regarding my landing page Niche I'm in the "entertainment" and "gaming" industry.
Keyword Type: Mainly targeting transactional keywords (user intent is to find, join, and engage in gaming-related activities).
Domain: It's a brandable, non-expired domain (fresh setup, aged a few months).
Content: The landing page is focused, with around 5–7 articles related to games, activities, and promotions. Content is unique and manually written.
Internal Linking: Basic internal linking between main pages and supporting content exists. Planning to improve it further.
Competition: For the main keywords, competitors have moderate DR 3, with a mix of strong content sites and some brand sites. Backlink profiles look decent, not extremely aggressive.
Landing Page Type: It's a lead generation page mainly, combined with some content to support user engagement.
Technical SEO:
Speed optimized 90+ on mobile and desktop via PageSpeed Insights
Core Web Vitals passed CLS, FID, LCP
Basic Schema markup installed (organization and webpage schema).
Mobile-first responsive design.Ranking: Currently oscillating between for main transactional keywords.
Google SERP Analysis: dominated by a mix of commercial and informational pages. There's space for optimized hybrid content to compete.

Landing Page Type: It's a lead generation page mainly, combined with some content to support user engagement.
content is the name of the game nowadays, so probably your page lacks enough content to rank among the top sites. Google might also be looking at your page as being "overly promotional", and they oftentimes penalize such pages...

The only way (that I personally can think of, but there might be others) in which you might rank a lead gen page is if you get insanely strong backlinks directly to that page because - from what you've said - your content (and the on-site SEO in general) is pretty good, so if the content and on-site SEO don't help, the backlinks remain the other option that I can think of. And if neither of them works... well, in that case it's on google as they simply refuse to rank certain sites / pages for whatever reason...

Currently oscillating between for main transactional keywords.
between what??

For the main keywords, competitors have moderate DR 3, with a mix of strong content sites and some brand sites
what do you mean by "strong content sites"? To me, strong means high authority, in which case DR 3 is extremely low authority, therefore the sites are not that strong... But I might be misinterpreting it?

Mobile-first responsive design
everything seems OK here....

sometimes, fresh sites do get sandboxed, so this could be a possibility too.... Are you getting impressions and clicks for other pages / keywords?

If yes, you're not sandboxed, but if you've not been getting clicks and impressions since the beginning I'm 99% positive that you're being sandboxed, in which case you need to keep working on your site as usual and wait for the sandbox to pass (can take anywhere from 3 months to 1 year or more)

If the sandbox is not the problem, something else that I can think of is the fact that you might be having too little content. From how you've described things it sounds like you only have 5-6 pages of content, which is probably too little as "thin content" sites (especially sites without authority) is a thing, so you might want to add more content (aim for 1 piece of content a day if you can... or at least 3-4 pieces a week, and keep going). Sometimes, it helps to look at the top ranking sites and try to mimic what they're doing in terms of quality but also volume. If you see that top 5 ranking sites all have 1000s of pages and high authority (at least 60 DR is what I consider "high") it's a sign that you need to up your numbers... or just target keywords that no one else targets, you will have better chances that way....

Last but not least, there are people saying that their sites tanked massively in the last week, so there's probably another google update in the brewing that we're not sure of yet, and if there is one, I don't think there's much you can do until this passes (which can be anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks or more...)

Anyway, sorry that I can't help better. I know that I've only given you general guidelines, but that's the best I can do with my limited knowledge.

My gut instinct tells me that your page is too promotional (ie. offers too little value to users) that's why google refuses to rank it. That's what I think is the problem if you asked me honestly. But it could also be a lack of authority or even lack of enough content. Any of these are possible reasons, but like I said, I'll stick with the overly promotional aspect personally....

Hopefully, other people can chime in with their 2 cents. More heads is better than one :)

he was talking about rankings, not hosting / browser visibility

Check if your page is fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate. Make sure your keywords are on point and have a clear call to action.

@koi3099 I've got no backlink service, so I can't help in this regard, sorry!

And I'm going out of town for the next 3 days or so, so if I don't reply fast that's why :)

Also, wait for other people's replies as they might know something that I've missed... maybe your problem is not even backlinks related, but content related and that's usually easier to fix....

Cheers!

Thanks for the info! It's okay about the backlink service, I also want to try to explore the content issue first. Goodbye, have a smooth journey. I'm waiting for other input from friends here, who knows there is a more appropriate insight.

1745766772733.pngI've checked it on Lighthouse:
Performance of 93 pages feels fast
Accessibility 100 & Best Practices 100 no accessibility errors or bad practices
SEO 100 – On-page SEO is optimized
The page is also mobile-friendly, with simple navigation and the Register Now CTA is clearly at the top. I've put the main keywords in H1, meta title, and first paragraph.
If there are additional suggestions, for example, the CTA button should be emphasized in color or the content structure should be made more concise
