landing page

Hi.. i am learning to make money on CPA networks like emusic,real networks ..( basically from commision junction)... my application was declined but now I have new idea of creating a landing page ( redirect my subdomain to emusic.com and etc..) ... Is that will work? ... is there other CPA program like emusic in other affiiliate program that i can try ???... thanks
