Landing Page troubles

Hey guys, I'm currently having problems with bingads about my landing page, they are requesting that I put the reason why I'm asking for people's email and names on my website but I'm unsure how to go about doing this. I was thinking of adding it into the privacy policy, but at this point I'm just unsure on what to do. Does anyone have any tips or advice for me to tweak my landing page to make it more PPC suitable?

Give them a call on their helpline and ask for clarification on what exactly then want/allow, that way at least you know where you stand and then you can work something out from there. Maybe there is nothing wrong in their book with wanting to grow a legit list, they're just asking what it's for. Let me know how it goes as I'm going to turn to option pages soon.
