I work on paid acquisition for a B2B SaaS tool and like 6 months ago we cut our main LP load time from 4.5s to under 2s. conversions jumped around $2k/month which was way more than I expected for a speed fix. the dev team pushed back on prioritizing it but the numbers shut that down fast. anyone else in SaaS seeing similar impact from page speed or was this just our situation?

yeah speed matter a lot bro, specially for paid traffic. people no wait if page slow they just bounce. i also see better conversion when load time under 2s, even small diff like 1–2 sec help. for saas users come with intent so fast page make big impact. not just your case, pretty common from what i see.

Well 4 seconds is a lot. Think like a potential customer, would you stay on a website that takes ages to load? Or would you rather X it and search for another option. We've all been in the same situation and most people will just X it.
