Landing page for Facebook ads Question!

Hi,

In brief, I want to start sending traffic to an online store where I make money on comission when people buy something. My plan is to create a facebook ad that will redirect to a landing page and then to the online store. It is the first time I will use Facebook ads so I have a few concerns.

First, what should I watch out for to avoid getting banned? I believe my idea has nothing against their TOS but from what I read here a lot of people get banned for little details so I figured I would ask for advice.

Second, how should I set up my ads to get low cpc?

To my knowledge facebook ad link to facebook page convert well then to click to 3rd party site. so check it out or create a facebook wall as your page and from their take to that online site.
