Landing Page designers ?

Hi can anyone recommend a good landing page designer and anyone with any offers on please ? What i'm after is a high converting landing page that will get the user to input a email address and forward to my website? I am promoting a local service but also my site is loaded with Adsense content and also affiliate links so would love to get traffic to these. Any advice gratefully recieved.
