Are these new domain name extensions .land .directory worth buying to make directories/portals and/or reselling?

these new tld's will either be a big hit or a big bubble . So reselling value will depend only on how much the buyer is willing to pay .Most of domains which could be resold were registered in the Pre-rush phase or whatever they call it .

I've found that for the most part today, people don't latch onto domain names like they did years ago. Whereas Loans might have been a worthwhile buy for $3 million in 2000, and there are some domains that still fetch six figures on the auction block, I don't foresee these new domains catching on. Who wants to type out weightloss.guru on their virtual keyboard today? Look at how many domains are purchased for their long tail value, yet the value behind EMDs' is questionable.

You might be able to utilize the new domains for their "authority" worth (in the sense of how a user "recognizes" a domain, not as in SEO value).

I think they'll be a major hit, but it may take quite some time to get there.

I wondering more in the sense of developing them as directories and selling the spots, given that you get exactcityname.directory or exactcityname.land? guru would be good to sell for $500 to a yoga teacher, no?

i'm mostly concerned with the rules regarding them, where can i read about their rules and when they become live and will google ever allow them to be ranked?

buy tommorrow.land, get there some good videos, swedish house mafia etc.., than sell
