Hello all,

I have a blog in the health niche that in try to update twice a week. I have 30+ articles all with an AISEO score of 90+ out of 100. I have a Pinterest, Facebook, Tumblr, X, Mastodon, and blue sky account set up for the blog.

I am adsense approved, I am struggling to get a consistent 5 views a day.

In 2025 how are people getting traffic to blogs. My next step I think is to answer Quora questions and link back to my site.

Content alone isn’t enough in 2025. Quora is good, but adding Reddit, niche forums and even republishing on Medium can boost visibility. We’ve been sending organic-looking traffic that improves dwell time + lowers bounce, which helps sites pick up.

I have never successfully posted to Reddit, they don't typically take kindly to self promoy. Perhaps I haven't found the correct subreddits.
 
I used comet to answer two questions, immediately banned by Quora.
 
Aiming to answer Quora questions and linking back is a smart move. Besides that, focus on SEO by using keywords people search, join health-related groups, and share helpful tips on your social accounts. Also, try guest posting on other blogs and make content people want to share. This will slowly grow your traffic.

Getting traffic now is tough, socials alone won’t cut it, focus on keyword research, SEO, and writing content people actually search for

Quora can help, but slow. Try long-tail keywords, build a few solid backlinks, and be patient, it takes time.

I'm not sure how to make backlinks. I am focusing on SEO and daily Pinterest uploads using Perplexity and Pinterest bulk uploads.

I'm going to attempt some tiktok and Facebook posts.
 
To drive traffic, stop spreading yourself thin on every platform and instead prioritize engaging on solution-seeking sites like Quora and Reddit while doubling down on visual discovery with Pinterest.
 
Yes, you can get traffic, but you need hard work and a clear plan. For search engines, use long tail keywords and write helpful posts.

For social media, join related groups and share useful content. That means, share values so that people love to interact with you.
 
Where are you trying to get traffic from? Google or social media? How is your SEO, On page and Off Page? Is your content optimised for long-tail keywords.

Internal likes and long-tail keywords help's a lot for new sites. internal links works best if the posts are actually related. if you got budget build some quality backlinks. small quantity should be enough.
 
ai seo score don’t mean traffic, g ranks on demand + trust not tool grades. health niche is brutal comp. quora answers can drip a few clicks but won’t scale. build topic clusters, go after ultra longtails, stack backlinks from niche forums, guest posts, medium dr blogs. socials help only if u push value posts that go viral.

You need more articles. You should set up the blog like an authority website.
