Labels under a Youtube video - How do i do that?

My videos are doing very well on youtube i get alot of views.its great

But I notice there are videos with less views than mine beating me in rankings because underneath the video it says (NEW)

Does anyone know how i can get that label on my videos?

You can't artifactually add that. When the video is new (not quite sure how many days, It's from first day to third I believe.. correct me if I'm wrong) it is marked as new. After that, it's nothing you can do.
