LAA using scraped emails?

So I'm doing fairly well with a shopify drop shipping store, but I hate having to wait days or weeks to gather enough data on new products that I launch/want to launch to create lookalike audiences. I was wondering, would it be possible to data mine/scrape targeted emails from a specific niche and use them to create a LAA on Facebook? Just looking for some insight/opinions from people experienced with FB LAA ads and/or scraping emails if this would be possible, or even something worth trying. Is there a way to scrape emails of people that match a certain targeted interest?
