KW links question?

If I have a website about Blue Green Algae.

If I use the KW Blue Green Algae, that is exactly what I want.

Is it possible to use KW like "Blue Green" in a contextual link
and
another KW like "Algae" in a second contextual link
to accomplish the same thing?

Will Google/Bing kind of interpolate all the KWs for a page to figure out what the page is about?

Google is pretty retarded, but if you think that it's so retarded, that this kind of an absolutely pointless difference will confuse it, then you should really stop overthinking every useless detail.

I wouldn’t suggest targeting “blue green” as it’s a very broad keyword. Google won’t position your website in a search page just using that keyword. Based on our experience, I would suggest using “Blue Green Algae” and then adding another keyword after “algae”.

I recommend you using the Google AdWords keyword planner to find good keywords to add after “algae”. You can also use Bing keyword planner, but I would stick to Google AdWords.

Why don't try LSI keywords? it does the same thing you've mentioned.
