KW in Domain Names

Not EMD but under the new local is anyone seeing high ranking sites with no other reason to be in the top 3 pack other than their KW domain names?

Also anyone have an opinion on whether a Translation plugin offers some benefit even where the target audience only speaks the host language.

I haven't noticed it on my websites either so nothing to worry about. like Garyeastwood said.
