After your choose your webhosting CP , than you can google how to setup your CP + "Ubuntu 64x OS" and you should find some tuts on how to setup and configure you hosting panel.

there are plenty of free ones and they would make everything just much easier,
I would recommend using aapanel, just download the script to the server, give it access and execute it, ending up installing by following the steps
