Can I use these skills for freelance? I'm not sure if I can find quick offers for Java, android development. A lot people says that is hard to find android offers on freelance, because it is long term contracts. So it requires more skills and 5+ experience to get remote job or long term contract on freelance.
With web development it's much easy on freelance. There are a lot short offers, which requires php, JavaScript.

In android dev? I think it require 2-3 years experience to get offer from companies, which want apps.

Flutter is like "UI making", you cannot do many advanced things like code greyhat/blackhat stuff.
Only Java can give you full flexibility. Kotlin is fine, but I would not start learning that without Java, you cut yourself from hundreds of Java libraries. Why to code something, if someone made the library for github?
