Korea war, market crash and Bitcoin

If a war with Korea breaks out and the markets crash, will Bitcoin be the new gold?

Look at the "fear index" today, it's up over 27%

I noticed that the VIX and Bitcoin sorta move together, when people are in fear they rush to gold and Bitcoin.

You think a Korea war will lead Bitcoin to U$ 10000?

It will get there regardless in my opinion. Check this video out - I must admit I only watched the first bit but looking at what people were saying when the internet was being born I just cant help but think exactly the same of bitcoin - sure nobody really knows what the hell its all about or whether its really any good and just as many people can denounce it as can support it and yes the price is all over the flippin place. But still I think digital currency is something that IS happening no matter what - in 10 years I dont think there will be any physical money, thats for sure and currency needs a digital update as much as every other industry does.

Will there be some other coin that goes from 1cent to $3000 dollars and makes everyone rich? Maybe, but I doubt it, that stage has already been and gone, everyone knows the name bitcoin and its hear to stay - is it the best? maybe not, but does that ever matter? No. Look at PCs and Macs - Macs were far superior to PCs right from the outset but where the fuck are Macs now? Nowhere thats where.

And what happens when a currency has a finite volume that cannot be added to and more and more and more people start using it? Price has to go up.

So it will get to $10k no matter what. In my opinion anyway.

why should they? if you invest that much in Bitcoin you believe in the Idea behind it. if it reaches that high nobody would doubt it again.
 
The exact opposite could happen, it could tank because of some conflict. Most likely it will spike and then drop, this whole fiasco is just entertainment with ugly actors. There is only 1 world government, international banking.

a war with Korea can be ended in just a few minutes... all it takes is for trump to say "launch the nukes". Bitcoin is gaining popularity every single day, even older people like my dad now want to learn about blockchain and crypto after seeing the profits others have made, Bitcoin is already the new gold.

North Korea has a giant amount of "rare resources" (Gold, Zinc, Magnesite and so on) worth around 6-10 trillion. China uses this resources in building phones and similar things. This is the only reason US wants North Korea so bad and why China will never give them up. Have you ever seen proof of all this launches? Also as a isolated country they can't respond to all the claims made by the media. War with North Korea is war with China, war with China is war with Russia and it's allies. Sounds like a bad idea to me. It's probably the same bullshit with "weapons of mass destruction in Iraq" which was never there and killed millions. North Korea also has never been able to launch a nuke and can't import any material to make it, because of sanctions.
 
Indices, share markets and riskier assets are being sold off for few days now... Safe haven assets like gold and yen are making new highs.. Previously only the precious metals and Yen, CHF were considered safe haven assets.. Looks like the new addition is bitcoin.. BTC will definitely skyrocket along with yen, gold and other safe haven assets..

Let's just hope war doesn't happens.. War is ugly.
 
Bitcoin is going to be stopped but not now.In 2018 there will come regulations to kick out scams

To think it's up almost 20X from a little more than a year ago. If the same thing happens again we're looking at the wildest predictions becoming true.
