Kontent Machine is still good ?

i am going to buy Kontent Machine for backlink building tools.
is that still good for index tier 2 ? good content is easy to get crawl, right ?

and Kontent Machine is content producer and do i need spin content tools ?

I used it for a short while to compare to GSA Content Generator but found GSA Content Generator has more options to tweak the output and easier to export to GSA SER. I don't remember if Kontent Machine has in built spinner but I know GSA Content Generator does.
