Konker.io I got scammed as a seller

Have anyone been in my shoes? I did not receive chargeback via paypal directly. I beleive it was done via konker? And I don't understand it to be honest. I have delivered my order, customer did not send me any message or what so ever about him not being satisfied with my delivery.
Is there anything I can do?
I also did not found any contact on konker. Only support email I found was in their TOS, which is not working anymore...
