Know these site owners? Looking to clean up links.

Hey guys and gals,

Having dug through search console to take a look at all inbound links, I seem to have tonnes of links from sites like this:
  • mithilasamachar.in
  • hopetribune.com
  • newyork-chronicle.com
They all appear to be auto blog websites though some how contain a link to a site I'm working on.

Anyone know who the owner is? As I've looked through for contact pages to no avail and would like to remove links rather than disavow.

Don't out links/sites. You can get banned for outing.

the rules are if you dont want a backlink on your website you:

disavow

that it no other real way.

google takes time but it true.

Asking the site owner to delete the link isn't a bad option though it may take longer.
 
Well, nice strategy have to say, now I am wondering how much they can earn per site per month...and with adsense on it...

I’ve a tonne of the same style sites all pointing at it, had tried finding the contact details (on the site) to no avail. I’d prefer to actually clean up rather than chuck everyone else under the bus disavowing.

Exactly. Disavow (unless you’ve been neg seo’d) is a bit like grassing up a mate. They’ve sorted you out, been helpful, now they’re screwing you, you are telling on them.
